The front desk was a letdown. I felt like I was interrupting his break on his laptop. Also, the bathroom was a bit of a horror show with mold and peeling walls, and they knocked on my door an hour before checkout, making me feel rushed.

However, there were some significant issues. The bathroom was in need of cleaning, with mold present, and the ceiling was peeling. The front desk staff was less than courteous and made us feel rushed during checkout, knocking on our door well before the time. Additionally, the ice machine was broken, which was frustrating. Overall, while I liked the location and pricing, the cleanliness and staff attitude really need improvement.

It was just a solid selection for taking strolls in Memphis with exceptional value. The air conditioning worked well, making it comfortable after a hot day out. Make sure to check vending machine items before purchasing. it can be a bit unreliable.

I appreciated the cozy room equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, making it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring nearby attractions. The spacious lobby offered a welcoming atmosphere that made check-in feel smooth and pleasant.

Solid stay, not perfect though

Decent spot for a quick trip! The room size was great, lots of space to chill. Staff were friendly and got us extra towels without fuss. They offered some awesome breakfast options too, which was a nice surprise. However, the bathroom could've been cleaner, kinda took away from the overall vibe.
